Overview

Button Finance, Inc. is seeking Junior Loan Officers to join their dynamic call center team in Santa Ana, California. This entry-level position offers a pathway to becoming a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with full training and support, including coverage of licensing costs.

Key responsibilities

  • Make and receive 100+ calls daily to connect with clients who requested loan quotes
  • Gather basic information and provide a professional introduction to the loan process
  • Transfer 15+ qualified leads daily to licensed Loan Officers
  • Learn to confidently handle objections using scripts and coaching
  • Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service
