Key responsibilities

  • Learn and explain private money loan programs to potential borrowers
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with leads
  • Qualify leads and pass them to senior licensed Loan Officers
  • Assist with loan applications and collect necessary documents
  • Support borrowers through the application process from first contact to close
  • Meet daily and monthly activity goals
  • Participate in structured, hands-on training programs

Required skills

  • 1+ year of full-time outbound phone sales or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to work in a professional manner
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a licensed Loan Officer
