LendingXpress, a technology-based private money mortgage company, is looking for a motivated Junior Loan Officer to join their team in Irvine, California. This role is designed for individuals eager to build a long-term career in the mortgage and real estate industry, providing support to borrowers throughout the loan application process.

Key responsibilities

  • Educate and assist borrowers in understanding private money loan programs
  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from potential and current borrowers
  • Qualify and transfer leads to licensed Loan Officers
  • Work with manager and team to achieve daily and monthly lead conversion goals
  • Assist with loan applications and collect necessary documentation
  • Participate in structured training for knowledge in mortgage products and sales strategies

Required skills

  • 1+ year of full-time outbound phone sales experience
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Strong closing instinct and drive to meet quotas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Desire to grow into a licensed Loan Officer
