This entry-level position offers an opportunity to break into the real estate and mortgage industry, with no experience or licensing required. The company provides full training and support to help successful candidates become licensed Loan Officers while working closely with clients and managing loan applications.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn and explain private money loan programs to potential borrowers
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with leads
  • Qualify leads and assist senior licensed Loan Officers
  • Support borrowers through the loan application process
  • Achieve daily and monthly activity goals
  • Participate in structured training on mortgage products and sales best practices

Required skills

  • 1+ year of full-time outbound phone sales or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Motivated and coachable
  • Comfortable and confident on the phone
