Overview

Monroe Moxness Berg PA is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney for its Commercial Litigation practice group in Minneapolis. This entry-level position is tailored for candidates with 0-3 years of experience who are interested in engaging with various business disputes while being part of a law firm known for its innovative approach in the legal field.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare client/witness affidavits and draft court documents
  • Review and cite check motion papers
  • Assemble and review documents for litigation and transactional matters
  • Assist attorneys in preparation for hearings and depositions
  • Research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Manage discovery tasks including document review and evidence summarization
  • Participate in strategy discussions and maintain organized case files

Required skills

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible for immediate admission
