Overview

Capital Trust Escrow is seeking a Jr. Escrow Officer or Lead Escrow Assistant to join their team in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in escrow roles, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with RBJ software to support various escrow-related tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and review of escrow and loan documents
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, and lenders to gather information
  • Maintain organized records of communications and documents
  • Address client, agent, or lender inquiries and concerns
  • Support the escrow officer with administrative tasks

Required skills

  • 3 years of Jr. Escrow Officer experience or 2 years of Lead Escrow Assistant experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with RBJ software
  • Effective communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Understanding of the escrow process for residential sales and refinances
