The Human Resources Business Partner will lead managers, supervisors and employees with the execution of Human Resources programs, policies and procedures to enhance the work environment, minimize risk and achieve business results. They are responsible for various complex duties in the HR department including but not limited to responsibilities in the areas of employee relations, performance management, project implementation, HR system management, benefits administration support, employee development and other HR functions and projects as required.Key ResponsibilitiesAbility to understand the direction and goals of the company while providing HR support for the business /departments to achieve their respective goals.Interpret company policies and practices to provide direction and counsel to members of the management team as well as non-management staff using creative and practical solutions to proactively anticipate, prevent and resolve HR issues.Develops and administers employee relations practices required to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and retention.Protects interests of employees and the company in accordance with company policies and governmental laws and regulations.Provides managers with feedback from their employees and advice on best course of action to deal with problems.Develops resolutions to complex problems using judgment within broadly defined policies and practices.In partnership with recruitment, manage recruitment activities for supporting departments including interviewing and delivering job offers.Implements and administers employee and management training programs that address company needs across department lines, as needed.Prepares and maintains reports and employee records as are necessary to carry out the functions of the HR department. Prepares periodic reports to top management, as necessary or requested.Assignments may include development, implementation, and evaluation of company-wide HR programs or policies.Provide guidance, develop, revise, audit, and administer HR operation functions such as promotions and status changes.Audit and input employee changes forms into HRIS.Process terminations including term packages and exit interviews.Support benefit administration tasks including LOAs, invoice management and open enrollment.Support annual audits and compliance, such as EEO-1 Filing, department labor requests, updating compliance posters, and harassment trainingTravel to outlying business locations as needed to support business operationsBasic RequirementsExperience / Training / EducationBachelor's degree is requiredAt least four years of relevant HR experience required, including employee relations, benefitsadministration, recruitment, and workforce planningProfessional certification (PHR, SPHR, CCP and CBP) is a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microso
