Overview

The WorkPlace is seeking a Job Developer in Bridgeport, CT, to forge and maintain strong relationships with employers across various industries to create employment opportunities for graduates. This role is critical in ensuring job seekers are connected with suitable job openings while tracking metrics to measure success.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with employers to understand their staffing needs
  • Work closely with employers to identify and develop job openings suitable for job seekers
  • Proactively approach employers and make sales pitches to generate job openings
  • Understand performance goals and key metrics to measure success in job placement and employer engagement
  • Act as an intermediary between employers and job seekers for effective matchmaking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align job seeker marketing and employer relationships

Required skills
