Translate functional business requirements into technical design documents, system dependencies, and solution options. Participate in daily Agile Scrum ceremonies, 2-week sprint planning, review sessions, and regular functional prototype demonstrations. Perform application refactoring, user interface improvements, and data/reporting optimizations. Follow established enterprise SDLC, design standards, naming conventions, and issue-tracking workflows in Azure DevOps (ADOS). Provide comprehensive technical documentation covering database changes, batch programs, application modules, and interface updates. Transition knowledge and system concepts to internal team members for long-term operational support.Requirements & Work Logistics Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States (no offshoring permitted).
