Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Site Manager for its operations team in Dallas, Texas. This role involves managing janitorial operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and training protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for operational financial budget and cost optimization
  • Supervise assigned janitorial operations personnel
  • Ensure proper training for all personnel
  • Measure performance and provide feedback to staff
  • Collaborate with the team for successful execution of daily operations
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage chemicals and supply inventory

Required skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Floor Tech experience
  • Experience in janitorial operations
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory and leadership experience
