Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Site Manager for their operations team in Tremont, Pennsylvania. This full-time position involves supervising janitorial operations, managing budgets, and ensuring a safe and efficient workplace while fostering a culture of respect and pride in service.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for operational financial budget and cost optimization
  • Supervise assigned janitorial operations personnel
  • Provide training and ensure safety for all personnel
  • Measure performance and provide feedback to staff
  • Collaborate with the team for successful execution of daily operations
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage chemicals and supply inventory
  • Implement safety programs

Required skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Floor Tech experience
  • Experience in janitorial operations
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory and leadership experience
