Overview

The Janitorial Maintenance position at Bundy Baking Solutions involves maintaining cleanliness and performing various maintenance tasks within the building. This role is critical to supporting the company's operations and ensuring a safe and clean environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Clean designated building areas including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
  • Complete maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and conducting electrical repairs
  • Perform carpentry and drywall repair work
  • Assemble, disassemble, and install equipment
  • Maintain, clean, and store building equipment
  • Assess functionality of all safety systems and electrical systems
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Perform outdoor work including weeding, mowing, and ice removal
  • Complete all other duties as assigned
  • Act as company driver for errands when needed
