Overview

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Janitorial Maintenance team member in Burnaby, British Columbia. This role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the store and its facilities, providing excellent guest service, and supporting a team-oriented environment. Key responsibilities

  • Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
  • Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
  • Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
  • Performing general repair and maintenance of the store
  • Picking up and taking out all trash around the travel center
  • Providing excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities

Required skills

  • High motivation and self-starter mentality
  • Teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
  • Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in a similar position (preferred)
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems (preferred)
