Overview

The Janitor at Metalcraft of Mayville is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including both office and production areas. This part-time morning position requires adherence to safety standards and the ability to follow directions and work independently.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including neat and tidy appearance
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms
  • Refill paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers
  • Clean sinks, water fountains, and mirrors
  • Scrub and mop floors
  • Organize and clean manufacturing offices
  • Dust furniture, walls, and offices
  • Vacuum carpeting
  • Empty garbage cans
  • Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards
  • Complete other duties as assigned
