Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Title: GST Project ManagerDepartment: IT / AV ServicesThe GST Project Manager serves as the primary liaison for IT and AV project initiatives, ensuring successful delivery according to defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing resources, tracking orders, leading planning meetings, and maintaining strong communication with clients, team members, and third party partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has a strong background in IT and AV technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, define, staff, and manage one or multiple IT & AV projects from inception to completionServe as the primary point of contact for management, clients, and technical teamsConduct site surveys and facilitate project kickoff meetingsDevelop and maintain detailed project schedulesLead project status meetings and ensure proper resource allocationPartner with business owners to oversee project delivery, maintain quality standards, track budgets, and ensure on time performancePrepare and deliver all pre and post project documentationManage project lifecycle tasks, including planning, scheduling, assigning resources, tracking progress, reporting status, and driving projects to completionGather, document, and validate business processes and user requirementsPerform quality checks and oversee quality assurance documentationPlan, coordinate, and deliver user training when applicableSkills & QualificationsMinimum three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Project Specialist, or similar role managing enterprise level projectsPMP certification preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent client communication and interpersonal skillsExperience managing IT and AV technical projectsStrong written communication skillsAnalytical and effective problem solving skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryMedical / Dental / Vision coverage401(k) planPaid vacationAdditional company perksAbout GST:Golden Star Technology Inc.
