The Inspector Team Assistant (ITA) supports quality inspection teams by ensuring accurate documentation, efficient workflow, and compliance with established operational procedures. The ITA reports to the Project Coordinator. Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED. What You'll Do Support daily quality inspection operations and assist inspection teams as neededEnsure accurate and timely data entry into I-Charts, Daily Summaries, timekeeping records, and inspection packetsReview and verify documentation for completeness and accuracyMonitor inspection activities and help maintain efficient workflowCommunicate project updates, discrepancies, and operational concerns to project coordinatorAssist with resolving documentation or production-related issuesMaintain organized records and follow established quality proceduresWork collaboratively with management, inspectors, and other operational personnelAdapt to changing project priorities, assignments, and production requirements What You Bring - Required Minimum 2 years of recent/current management/ leadership experienceBilingual English/Spanish REQUIREDBasic computer and data-entry skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and OutlookPrevious warehouse experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyReliable attendance and punctualityFlexibility is a must - must be willing to perform different warehouse duties and assist wherever neededAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPre-employment background check and drug screening required, in accordance with applicable laws.
