Overview

Enable Resource Group LLC is seeking an onsite IT Systems Technician to join their team in Brentwood, TN. This role focuses on providing technical support to church clients, enhancing their use of technology for ministry efforts while prioritizing relationship building and customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking remote technical assistance
  • Build client relationships through active listening and empathetic behavior
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Discover and implement resolutions using critical thinking skills
  • Tailor explanations of complex technical concepts for clients

Required skills

  • 1-2 years in an IT support role troubleshooting Tier I - Tier II tickets
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study preferred
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Working knowledge of electronic ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with Windows OS
  • Basic networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, IP routing)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
  • Experience with managed services tools (ConnectWise, Datto/Kaseya)
  • Professional certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft certifications) preferred
