Overview

CFS is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its New York team in a high-impact role. The position involves providing hands-on technical support to both onsite and remote users while collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical support to onsite and remote users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Manage onboarding, device setup, and user support
  • Administer user environments across O365, Azure, and Active Directory
  • Handle ticketing workflows and deliver white-glove customer service
  • Support global teams and collaborate on IT initiatives

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of IT support or service desk experience
  • Strong Windows and O365 experience
  • User support experience
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Financial services experience is a plus
