We're proud of our culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.This position is based at our Tell City, IN facility.Job SummaryATTC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, this position provides technical support to employees across the organization while helping maintain computer systems, software, network connectivity, and technology equipment.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, helping others, and gaining hands-on experience with enterprise technology systems in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devicesSet up workstations, monitors, printers, scanners, and other technology equipmentProvide technical support to end users in person, by phone, and through remote support toolsTroubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network connectivity issuesAssist employees with Microsoft Office and other business applicationsCreate and maintain user accounts, passwords, and access permissionsAssist with antivirus, endpoint protection, and software updatesConnect users to network resources and provide basic training on company systemsDocument support requests, resolutions, and work instructionsCoordinate with the IT Manager and external vendors on technology projectsAssist with purchasing and inventory management of IT equipment and suppliesEscalate complex technical issues as neededSupport technology initiatives across multiple ATTC locationsPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experienceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and commitment to providing quality supportTechnical experience in the following preferred:Windows 10/11Microsoft Office 365Active DirectoryMicrosoft IntuneWindows Server environmentsBasic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)Printers and peripheral device supportAntivirus and endpoint protection softwareMobile device support Physical Requirements Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.Ability to regularly walk and work throughout a manufacturing facility.Comfortable spending time on the production floor interacting with employees.Periodically travel to other ATTC locations.
