Overview

As an IT Support Associate II at Amazon, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations team by resolving technical issues across various disciplines within the facility. This position emphasizes self-motivation and collaboration, offering opportunities for career development alongside operational support.

Key responsibilities

  • Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities
  • Handle support requests and procedures across the network
  • Assist in training new hires
  • Engage in continuous learning of new technologies
  • Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations
  • Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk for 10-12 hours

Required skills

  • 1+ years of experience in Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support
  • Dynamic environment experience with a high degree of customer service
  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware knowledge preferred
