Overview

As an IT Support Associate II at Amazon's Ops Tech Solutions in Erlanger, Kentucky, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations team by resolving a variety of technical issues within Amazon Operations facilities. Key responsibilities

  • Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities
  • Handle support requests and procedures across the network
  • Assist in training new hires
  • Engage in continuous learning of new technologies
  • Support customers from multiple buildings as well as remote customers
  • Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
  • Travel within local or regional area to support customers

Required skills

  • Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended shifts
  • High degree of customer service experience in a dynamic environment
  • 1+ years of experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware installation, AWS, or other relevant certif
