Job Description

Overview

As an IT Support Associate II at Amazon Ops Tech Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations team with technical problem resolution within Amazon Operations facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT equipment while continuously learning new technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities
  • Handle support requests and procedures across the network
  • Assist in training new hires
  • Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations
  • Engage in continuous learning of new technologies
  • Lift up to 49lbs and stand/walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours

Required skills

  • Troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
  • 1+ years of support experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware installation, AWS or equivalent certificati
  • High degree of customer service experience
