Job Description

Overview

As an IT Support Associate II in Amazon's Operations Tech Solutions (OTS), you will play a key role in providing technical support within an Amazon Operations facility. You will be responsible for troubleshooting various IT issues, maintaining equipment, and supporting a dynamic, customer-focused environment while also participating in career development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities
  • Handle support requests and procedures across the network
  • Assist in training new hires
  • Engage in continuous learning of new technologies
  • Support customers from multiple buildings and remote customers
  • Lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours

Required skills

  • Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
  • 1+ years of experience in Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support
  • Strong customer service skills
  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA certifications
  • Familiarity with AWS and other relevant technologies
