Working as part of a collaborative team of experienced engineers, you'll deliver proactive maintenance and technical expertise while serving as a trusted technology partner to your assigned clients. On-Call Responsibility Perform after-hours on-call duties on a rotating basisMinimum five (5) years of experience supporting servers, workstations, printers and network switchesExperience servicing and troubleshooting:Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, DNS, DHCP Server, SQL Server, and AD365 user, mailbox, and SharePoint accountsMicrosoft Hyper-V or ESXi hypervisorsMicrosoft Windows 10, 11Microsoft Office SuiteExperience troubleshooting enterprise systemsKnowledge of VMWare and/or Hyper-V a plusAbility to diagnose and prioritize client issues and
