Overview

The IT Site Support Lead at The Gund Company will take ownership of onsite IT support at the St. Louis manufacturing facility and Corporate HQ. This role involves leading the IT support team, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations while supporting executives and VIP users.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support onsite IT team members
  • Act as the escalation point for critical IT issues
  • Troubleshoot advanced technical problems including devices and network
  • Partner with leadership to maintain smooth operations
  • Support executives and VIP users professionally
  • Drive continuous improvement through trend analysis and problem-solving

Required skills

  • 3+ years of IT support experience
  • Experience leading or coordinating support teams
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and hardware
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Experience in manufacturing environments preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset
