Overview

ITSM Solutions LLC is seeking IT Service Technicians to expand their coverage in Missouri. This role is suited for independent contractors, gig workers, students, interns, and career-switchers who possess hands-on skills and the ability to work on-site in a professional manner.

Key responsibilities

  • Travel to various commercial, residential, and business locations for installations and troubleshooting
  • Install and maintain IT and low-voltage systems, including POS installations and security camera support
  • Perform network cabling work such as running, terminating, and testing Cat5e/Cat6 cabling
  • Support ATM, kiosk, and drive-thru systems
  • Document work with notes and photos as required
