Overview

CFS is seeking a full-desk IT Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for IT professionals while also focusing on business development. The role includes building relationships with client companies and candidates, ensuring successful placements, and contributing to the growth of the Technology staffing division.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and grow client base by selling technology staffing services.
  • Conduct cold and warm calls to decision-makers and conduct in-person meetings.
  • Source and recruit potential IT candidates, assessing their skills and motivations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Match qualified candidates to fulfill client needs and present them to clients.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with client companies and IT professionals.
  • Resolve customer service issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or staffing
  • Strong sales skills including negotiation and closing deals
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Experience with social media and email communication
  • Self-motivated and competitive
  • Good sense of humor
