CFS is seeking a full-desk IT Recruiter to join their team in The Woodlands, Texas. This role involves building and expanding client relationships, recruiting IT professionals for various positions, and ensuring successful talent placements. Key responsibilities

  • Establish and grow a client base by selling technology staffing services
  • Cold and warm call decision-makers and conduct in-person meetings
  • Source and recruit potential IT candidates
  • Interview candidates to assess their skills and fit
  • Match candidates with client needs and present qualified individuals
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients and IT professionals
  • Resolve customer service issues promptly

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or staffing
  • Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Experience connecting via social media and email
  • Self-motivated and competitive mindset
  • Ability to manage work independently
