HTC Global Services Inc is seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter with agency-side IT staffing experience for their location in Troy, Michigan. The role focuses on recruiting for IT, engineering, automotive, and manufacturing positions in a fast-paced and quality-driven VMS/MSP environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit for a wide range of IT, engineering, automotive, and manufacturing roles
  • Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates quickly and effectively
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through various channels
  • Partner with sales and hiring teams to understand priority openings
  • Submit well-qualified candidates with strong screening summaries
  • Manage multiple requisitions and maintain organization
  • Track activity, pipeline health, and hires in a KPI-driven environment
  • Represent the company at local hiring events and networking opportunities

Required skills

  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter
  • Strong experience in VMS/MSP staffing environments
