Talent Software Services is seeking an IT Project Manager for a contract position focused on student-facing applications in Boston, MA. The role involves managing complex IT projects within a higher education environment, primarily to enhance and oversee student information systems and related processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, conduct, and manage complex IT projects requiring high levels of functional integration.
  • Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules for timely project completion.
  • Serve as an expert on project scope, objectives, and resource value.
  • Ensure project work is completed within budgetary and design constraints.
  • Make decisions on analysis, design, testing, and provide alternatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and serve as primary contact for user groups.
  • Leverage steering and executive committees for decision-making and change management.
  • Oversee application maintenance for a portfolio of 100 applications.
