This role requires someone who can bring structure to complex situations, foster collaboration across technical and business teams, and provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate multiple complex IT projects and programs with significant organizational impact.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance artifacts to ensure successful delivery.Understand business objectives, requirements, project risks, dependencies, and the complete project lifecycle.Proactively identify risks, issues, and resource constraints and implement mitigation strategies before they impact delivery.Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.Provide clear and concise project performance reporting and executive communications.Present project recommendations, options, tradeoffs, risks, and solution paths to support leadership decision-making.Facilitate collaboration and maintain alignment among cross-functional project teams and stakeholders.Monitor project progress, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.Support effective project governance and communicate status, risks, and issues to appropriate leadership.Required QualificationsBachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years supporting Information Technology initiatives, OR 11 years of related business experience.Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex project environments.Experience with project planning, risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and governance.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
