Technical Summary:The IT Operations Entra team is responsible for the engineering, administration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Entra services that provide enterprise cloud identity, authentication, authorization, and access management capabilities across the organization. This position plays a key role in the delivery, modernization, and operational sustainment of core Entra capabilities, including hybrid identity synchronization, authentication services, privileged access management, role-based access control, enterprise applications, and application identities. The role partners closely with Azure Platform, IAM, Security, Microsoft 365, and application teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable identity services while advancing platform standards and operational excellence. This position serves as a senior technical resource responsible for engineering, implementing, administering, and supporting Microsoft Entra services across the enterprise. Job Summary: This senior level employee is primarily responsible for providing expert technical advice on IT infrastructure for assigned systems, setting the technical direction for infrastructure solutions, and for serving as a technical expert for project teams while mentoring and advising others in all system development lifecycle phases.
