Overview

The UKG Analyst position at Butterball is responsible for the administration and technical support of HR systems across the organization, focusing on ensuring data integrity and effective system functionality. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing system configurations, and supporting various HR operations while promoting user adoption and system efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide support and expertise in areas like reporting, benefits, payroll, and core HR.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues.
  • Track and document software issues for timely resolution.
  • Evaluate current HR processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Document resolutions and communicate solutions to relevant parties.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for user adoption.
  • Research and manage reports to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor and participate in system integrations and process optimizations.
  • Develop functional specifications and configure systems based on user needs.
  • Conduct testing of new configurations and system upgrades.
  • Support change management activities and document configurations.
  • Stay informed of product releases and evaluate new system functionalities.
  • Build strategic relationships with business users for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with regulations.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in HR systems administration or related field.
  • Experience with systems like UKG, SAP, Workday, Cornerstone, Phenom, PlanSource.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid time-management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop effective internal customer relationships.
  • Experience in reporting, data review, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of compliance and security policies.
