Overview

ITSM FieldTechs is seeking dependable IT Field Technicians for various project deployments and dispatched work orders across Indiana. This contract role is ideal for independent workers, students, and others transitioning into IT field work, requiring strong hands-on skills and reliability.

Key responsibilities

  • Travel to client locations to install, service, and troubleshoot IT and low-voltage equipment
  • Perform POS installations and break/fix support
  • Service security cameras and CCTV systems
  • Handle ATM or kiosk-related tasks
  • Troubleshoot network cabling and connectivity issues
  • Support drive-thru systems and other onsite technology requests
  • Document work completed with notes and photos when required
