ITSM Solutions LLC is seeking an IT Field Technician to provide immediate dispatch support in the Pittsburgh area. The role involves hands-on field services, including installations and maintenance of various IT and retail technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Install and troubleshoot POS systems
  • Perform security camera (CCTV) installations
  • Deploy and maintain ATMs
  • Manage network cabling tasks including Cat5/6 patching and testing
  • Support drive-thru systems and retail technology
  • Provide general smart hands and IT support
