ITSM Solutions LLC is expanding its team of skilled IT Field Technicians in the Pittsburgh area. The role focuses on supporting various commercial and retail environments with essential field services, including installation and maintenance of POS systems, CCTV, and network cabling.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform installations and troubleshooting of POS systems
  • Install security camera (CCTV) systems
  • Handle ATM deployments and maintenance
  • Conduct network cabling, including Cat5/6 patching and testing
  • Provide general IT support and smart hands services
