Tech Support This principal-level individual contributor serves within Kaiser Permanente's Container Platform and Adoption Services organization and provides operational leadership for the enterprise container platform service across on-premises and public-cloud environments. The department supports a growing portfolio of business-critical applications and shared technology capabilities that require consistent service reliability, operational readiness, security, compliance, and resilience.The Container Platform Operations Lead centralizes operational accountability and serves as the primary coordination and escalation point for platform health, major incidents, tenant-impacting risks, service readiness, and operational performance. The position partners with internal support organizations and external service providers to establish clear ownership, effective support models, reliable operating procedures, and measurable service expectations across the container platform ecosystem.The role leads operational governance across incident, problem, change, capacity, availability, vulnerability, compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery practices. It also maintains the operational improvement backlog, strengthens monitoring and service-health reporting, and converts operational lessons into preventive controls and engineering priorities. In close partnership with the Engineering Lead, this position improves service stability, reduces operational risk, and ensures the enterprise container platform remains ready to support mission-critical healthcare services as adoption grows.
