Overview

The Irrigation Technician at Southern Landscaping & Irrigation is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems for both residential and commercial properties. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot problems and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure systems function properly.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems and components
  • Test irrigation systems for proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
  • Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and other issues
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters and adjusting sprinkler heads

Required skills

  • Valid driver's license
  • 2 years of experience in irrigation installation or repairs
  • Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial irrigation systems
