Paid travel 1 way, both ways if you are a driver in company truck. Per diem each night if WE ALL stay in a hotel out of town (rare), hotel fully paid by company. Pay day every Friday. After 90 days you are eligible for healthcare, dental, life insurance, accident insurance, and short term disability, paid major holidays off. 1 week paid vacation after 1 year. 90 day review, 6 month review, 1 year review. Apprentice-Journeyman-needs to run all heavy equipment or be able to learn (duct jacks, scissor lift, boom reach, telehandler, crane signaling)-needs to weld proficiently, or be able to get better at it-needs to understand harnesses and tying off, or learn it-needs to work at heights-needs to be willing to connect-needs to complete all aspects of misc metals and structural steel with or without major guidance-journeymen must be able to work alone and read prints-any and all task your supervisor deems necessary to complete the jobForeman-Needs to be able to do everything a journeyman can do and:-Run work, and manpower-Layout-Read blueprints-operate equipment-drive company truck-responsible for job hours, cost, schedule, safety, tools and wellbeing of workers
