Job Description

Overview

Procter & Gamble is inviting current Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology Ph.D. students to participate in the 2026 I/O Psychology Business Challenge. Selected students will tackle real business challenges at P&G, collaborate with peers, and present solutions to senior leadership. This initiative also serves as a pathway for internship opportunities in 2027.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in a week-long business challenge
  • Work in teams to investigate a business problem
  • Collaborate with P&G's I/O group and stakeholders
  • Present solutions to senior leadership

Required skills

  • Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Experience in organization research, job analysis, and psychometrics
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with SPSS or SAS
