Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking Entry Level Investment Counselors for their Wealthbuilder program, aimed at developing future professionals in the financial services industry. This role offers specialized training including obtaining the Series 65 license and working with experienced mentors, with the goal of advancing to manage high-net-worth clients over time.

Key responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the team to serve clients and act as a liaison to the Investment Policy Committee.
  • Connect with clients to review asset allocation and ensure alignment with their long-term financial goals.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and educate them on portfolio strategies and market events.
  • Manage client communications and coordinate with internal departments to handle operational requests.

Required skills

  • 1+ years of experience in an Operational, Administrative, Client-Facing, or Finance setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to pass the Series 65 exam with provided training and support.
  • Consultative approach with a strong emphasis on client focus.
