Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking an entry-level Investment Counselor for their Wealthbuilder program in Garland, Texas. This role is designed to develop candidates into skilled financial professionals through extensive training, including obtaining the Series 65 license. The Investment Counselor will work closely with clients to help them achieve their financial goals while gaining valuable experience in the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to serve clients effectively
  • Act as a liaison between the Investment Policy Committee and clients
  • Review client asset allocations and ensure alignment with financial goals
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and educate them on investment strategies
  • Manage client communication and coordinate with internal departments for operational requests

Required skills

  • 1+ years of experience in an Operational, Administrative, Client-Facing, or Finance setting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to pass the Series 65 license exam
  • Consultative approach with an emphasis on client focus
