Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking an Investment Counselor to manage a roster of high-net-worth clients in Vancouver, Washington. This role offers the unique opportunity to focus on client relationships without the typical duality of sales and service roles found in financial advisory positions.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients.
  • Educate clients on portfolio strategy, investments, and market events.
  • Connect with clients quarterly to review asset allocation and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including portfolio decision-makers and client service associates.
  • Gradually build a roster of clients with the support of the sales team.

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management within the finance industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to obtain Series 65 license.
  • Consultative approach with emphasis on client focus.

  • Base salary between $85,000 - $135,000 per year.
