Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking an Investment Counselor to manage a provided roster of high-net-worth clients in Saint Petersburg, Florida. This role focuses on building client relationships and partnering with various internal teams to deliver top-notch service, without the pressure of typical sales-driven roles in the financial advisory sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trusting relationships with clients and educate them on portfolio strategies and market events
  • Proactively connect with clients quarterly to review asset allocations and financial goals
  • Collaborate with internal portfolio decision-makers and client service associates
  • Utilize company resources to gradually expand the client roster within the first year

Required skills

  • 2+ years of client relationship experience in the finance industry
  • Series 65 (to be obtained upon starting)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong consultative approach with an emphasis on client focus
