Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking an Investment Counselor in Saint Petersburg, Florida, to manage a roster of high-net-worth clients. This role emphasizes a consultative approach to client relationships without the typical sales pressure found in financial advisory roles, allowing professionals to focus on delivering exceptional client service and investment education.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trusting relationships with high-net-worth clients and educate them on investment strategies and market events
  • Proactively connect with clients quarterly to review asset allocation and financial goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams including portfolio decision-makers and research to provide the best client service
  • Gradually build your roster of clients with support from the sales team

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management within the finance industry
  • Series 65 (assistance provided to obtain)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Consultative approach with strong client focus
