The firms commitment to their attorneys growth extends throughout their careers.Who You AreYou are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience, involving:Conducting investigations on behalf of corporate clients and responding to enforcement inquiries of DOJ, SEC, and other government agencies.Drafting briefs, whitepapers, client- and government-facing presentations, and correspondence with clients and the government.Conducting witness interviews and depositions; andManaging e-discovery.You have excellent written and oral communication skills.You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.You are an active member of the New York or Washington DC bar.This client likes associates from the following law schools & law firms:Harvard, Cornell, Georgetown, Yale, NYU, American University, Cal, George Washington University, UVA School of Law, Columbia, Boston College LawPerkins CoieKeller & Heckman LLPFoley & LardnerDLA PiperAkin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLPLatham & WatkinsKirkland & EllisAssociate Bonus StructureAssociates can count unlimited pro-bono and inclusion hours, and up to 100 pre-approved hours for knowledge management and business development activities, toward their bonus eligibility.Additional high-hour bonuses are available at 2,100, 2,300, and 2,500 hours, and merit incentives are awarded to associates whose performance exceeds expectations, enhancing transparency in annual evaluations.In 2025, the high-hours awards added % to the base bonus amount, and merit incentives added 10% or 20% to both the base bonus and high-hours awards.
