Overview

The Inventory Coordinator II at Ace Hardware Corporation plays a vital role in providing administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department in Loxley, Alabama. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal team members and external customers.
  • Complete day-to-day administrative functions such as answering calls, organizing files, and responding to requests.
  • Generate various reports as required by management.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
