Job Purpose: The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of inventory throughout the warehouse. This role performs cycle counts, investigates inventory discrepancies, validates system data against physical inventory, and supports root cause analysis to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Working closely with the Client Operations & Inventory Manager. Warehouse Operations, and Client Solutions coordinators, this role combines hands-on warehouse activities with analytical problem-solving to ensure inventory records are accurate, customer expectations are met, and continuous improvement opportunities are identified. Success in this role means inventory records are accurate, reliable, and trusted by customers and internal teams. A successful Inventory Control Coordinator is detail-oriented, analytical, and naturally curious. They investigate discrepancies thoroughly, identify likely root causes, communicate findings clearly, and support corrective actions that reduce recurring errors. They become a trusted resource, maintain strong system knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
