Overview

The Inventory Analyst position at Austin Allen Company requires an individual who is detail-oriented and capable of managing ERP installation while analyzing inventory levels. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing company in the San Fernando Valley, with relocation assistance available.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement a new ERP system similar to NetSuite
  • Support the Operations department by analyzing inventory levels
  • Handle system transactions related to the movement and transfer of materials
  • Compile data related to inventory adjustments
  • Monitor weekly and monthly inventory cycle counts and make necessary adjustments
  • Create receiving paperwork and perform quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments
  • Ensure the distribution center maintains necessary inventory levels to meet sales demands

Required skills

  • Three years of related work experience
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Prior experience in paper converting is a plus
