Job Description

Overview

SSM Health is seeking a PRN Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform specialized imaging procedures and assist the Radiologist/PA at SSM Health DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, Missouri. This role requires completion of a Radiology program and ARRT-R credential, with a preference for some experience in the Interventional Lab.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and position patients for procedures
  • Administer contrast media and medications
  • Monitor patients during procedures and report any abnormal activity
  • Ensure compliance with radiation safety procedures
  • Update and refine protocols as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
